Hailey is an Idaho native, born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She graduated from Boise State University in 2018 with a dual major in Business and Human Resources Management, and soon after began her career in financial services with BR Wealth Management. As a Client Associate, Hailey plays a key role in supporting the team through financial planning assistance, technology coordination, account maintenance, scheduling, and marketing initiatives.

Hailey lives in Boise with her husband, Jordan, and their two dogs. When she’s not working, she enjoys painting, gardening, and tackling new DIY projects. She also likes exploring Boise—whether it’s walking the Greenbelt, trying out new coffee shops, catching a concert or a comedy show.
