Brian E. Randolph

Brian Randolph is the Managing Principal and co-founder of BR Wealth Management. He leads the firm’s mission to help families craft tailored, tax efficient plans for retirement income and multi-generational wealth transfer.

Recognized multiple times as Best in State Wealth Advisor by Forbes, Brian currently holds the Tax Planning Certified Professional (TPCP®) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designations and is a former Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®). Brian was also recognized by the Idaho Business Review for Excellence in Finance in 2024.

Before founding BR Wealth Management, Brian began his career with positions at Sierra Group and Integrated Financial Strategies in Michigan. He later joined A.G. Edwards (a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors). Prior to starting his career in financial services, Brian worked as an engineer for Wade-Trim/Associates in Taylor, Michigan.

Brian earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from Purdue University in 2004 as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree from the University of Michigan in 1998.  His foundation in both engineering and finance gives him a unique perspective on problem-solving as clients navigate the complexities of wealth management.

Away from the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and daughter Ella, and a wide variety of interests culinary pursuits, such as adult hockey leagues, travel, skiing, golf and other seasonal activities.
